Dalmarelin, a water based Injectable solution and a synthetic polypeptide hypothalamic GnRH hormone, contains Lesirelin and increases LH and FH gonadotropin secretion from pituitary gland.
Difference of Lesireline from natural hormones is not
being decapeptide but being nonapeptide and location of
high lypophylic etilamino group instead of glycine at
10th position of configuration. This structural difference
leads to increase in the level of LH and FS H and extend
the efficacy of neutral hormone from 90 to 240 min, particular
ly increasing the selectivity of hyphophysial receptors
Dalmarelin, is indicated in low fertility, associated
by ovulation absence, due to insufficient secretion of
FSH and LH from pituitary and delay in the follicle formation
or insufficient maturity.
Gonadotropin administration may cause uncontrollable physiologic
external effects.
Dalmarelin, on the contrary, causes pituitary gland to
secrete the natural Gonadotropin, which is controlled
by the negative feed back system of the organism.
INDICATIONS
Cows:
-Treatment of follicular ovarian cysts and prevention of their formation
-Induction of cycles in cows with irregular, long cycles or anestrous cows
-Short time, mild and long time estruses
-Repeat breeders (asymptomatic infertility)
-Synchronization of cows or heifers by prostaglandin administration; and,
-Increase of productivity
Mares:
-Initiation of ovulation and increase of pregnancy rates
Rabbit;
-Initiation of ovulation and increase of pregnancy rates
