METABOLASE FORTE solution for injection contains 4 active ingredient; d,l-asetilmetiyonin (water soluble acetyl form) , l-karnitin, a- tocopherol acetate (Vit E) and cyanocobalamin (Vit B12), which play important roles in many important mechanism such as detoxification processes, usage of fat acids for transport and energy metabolism .
Methionine is the structural element of the proteins, moreover plays important roles in biochemical processes, joining to methile groups and binding to lipids and lipoproteins during the transportation of fats. Carnitin plays important roles in energy metabolism and during the transportation of fatty acids, moreover, prevents accumulation of fatty acides in blood and cells. Karnitin is transported from blood to tissues by active transportation and is excreted via urine, in proportional to the unmethaolized concentration in the blood. Vitamin E is an antioxidant substance located at the important organelles and membrane of cells. Tocopherols are absırbed from intestines and distributed to all tissues especially, fat (underskin, perinea, and uterine, testicular fat) muscular and hearh muscle tissues as well as are excreted via faeches and 1% via urine. Vitamin B12 plays great roles in carbohydrate, fat, and protein metabolism. Cyanocobalamine is distributed to tissues by blood, stored in the liver and excreted via faeches and urine.
METABOLASE FORTE Solution for Injection, thanks to the high-class characteristics abovementioned, is indicated for the treatment of metabolic and functional disorders of organs and systems such as liver, hearth, muscles, vessel endothelium, and immune system. |
